Fruit salad is another handy & healthy recipe. Take the fruits available at home, cut them into small pieces, add some lime juice, honey & pepper and mix them up.

3. Milkshake & Banana

8. Beans, Broccoli and Barley
This one is an easy and nutritious food with high amounts of protein and fiber. Cook barley like regular rice, fry the broccoli and beans together with desired flavors. It takes around 15 minutes to complete the process.
If you look for even high protein, add some boiled eggs with the meal.
9. Shallow Fried fish with veggies
For this recipe; you need some olive oil, some compatible vegetables of your choice. You just need to chop some vegetables and keep the pan ready. Put some olive oil on the pan. Once it turns hot, shallow fry the fish with all the chopped vegetables. You may add some spices like pepper or whatever available with you.
